There’s a real difference between feeling lonely and being alone.
We can have many people around us and still feel lonely or we can be on our own in the middle of nowhere and feel totally connected and content.
Loneliness is felt by many people for different reasons and I remember the feeling of emptiness in the times I experienced loneliness. In this episode I talk about the night I felt it and decided to change things up and it was the simplest of things that made the biggest difference for me.
