Today we have Laura Yamin on the show, Laura is an Advisor, Teacher and Author who specialises on perfectionism. She is the host and creator of the “Say Yes” podcast. She has over ten years of advising, leadership training and educational experience working at New York University, University of Maryland- College Park, University of Missouri-Columbia and Pace University She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Syracuse University and a Master of Arts at the University of Maryland – College Park.
Laura’s work flow when it comes to recording her daily podcast is amazing, as you will hear in the show. The processes she has put in place for every aspect of her podcast allows her to get so much done and we dig into those processes on today’s show.
