Tara has a Ph.D. in engineering and has practiced as a holistic therapist and coach for 21 years. She specializes in solving what is commonly referred to as “imposter syndrome”. She is the author of Unmasking: The Coach's Guide to Imposter Syndrome, and Understanding the Science of Imposter Syndrome
