Revd Dr Sally Nash is a newbie freelance researcher, educator, mentor and writer based in Birmingham UK. Her current specialisms are shame, reflective and spiritual practices, paediatric spiritual care and she is passionate about helping people fulfil their potential and become the best version of themselves they can.
Today Sally opens up about struggling with new years resolutions and how, now that she has become freelance, she is approaching this year differently.
Shifting her focus towards forming habits to ground her in an identity that frees her up to be more her true self.
She loves coffee, cake, dark chocolate, walking by the sea and Spurs (but we wont let that stop us from having a good conversation).
