Today we have Ian Dinwiddy.
Ian helps stressed dads balance work and fatherhood, building meaningful connections with their partners and children, and focusing their energy to create purpose, calmness and direction in their lives.
An experienced coach, Ian was a Management Consultant before his daughter was born in 2010. He then spent 7 years combining freelance work with being a primary carer to his two children including two stints as a full time stay at home Dad. Ian co-hosts the Lockdown Dads Podcast and is a regular commentator on how supporting working dads is a route to gender equality.
Lets get into his story and explore what it means to be a good enough Dad.
