In this episode I am pleased to interview Retirement and Career Coach Amy Ginsburg.
Gray divorce often causes us to rethink retirement and what it means to us. We may have to work longer to recover from the financial impact of divorce. Or we may have to re-enter the workforce, which may cause stress for a number of reasons.
Amy and I discuss the distinction between therapy and coaching, personal growth through our work and the mental shifts we can make in retirement to thrive both emotionally and physically in our 60s, 70s and beyond.
