Manage episode 324241594 series 2986539
There's so many things to consider when it comes to planning your garden each year. What food will you grow? What herbs will you grow? Medicinal, culinary? They're both medicinal actually.
And of course the garden planning thoughts go well beyond that.
So in toady's episode we'll talk about some of the things to consider when it comes to planning the medicinal herb remedies you may need for yourself and your family throughout the year?
Often times with the flood of things to think about in this exciting time of year, we can forget to think about the medicines we'll need in the later months.
So, in this episode, I share some of the things I think about and the herbs I like to use for common conditions most every family runs into.
