Today We have with us a child sleep consultant, Erica Hargaden from Babogue Sleep Solutions. She has developed a great online sleep program called The Sleep Series which has helped people across 17 different countries. She tells us where her journey started when she had her son who struggled with various health issues, keeping both himself and her awake at night. Eventually, she was able to get crucial help from her mother, which led her to start helping other people who came to her, suffering from the same issue. We discuss how each of us is affected by sleep and how we approach sleep issues.

High sleep needs person vs non-high sleep needs person 14:28
“In my life I need 7 or 8 hours of unbroken sleep to be the best version of Erica. If I have maybe 2 or 3 days of poor sleep in a row I will be maybe a bit like you, Adam. I will be less functional. I will be moody. I will be on the low side. I won’t be seeing the bright colors and the positive side of life, and that is a side effect of sleep deprivation or poor sleep patterns. That’s proven.” 13:44
