Client interactions are one of the greatest stressors in veterinary medicine.
Unpleasant encounters stay with us, often looping in our minds for hours or even days…
The most disrespectful and aggressive clients are often repeated offenders.
When we see them on the schedule, our hearts sink, and dread sets in.
