Firstly - why does it matter? We want to make sure our ideal clients join us from a place of excitement and joy versus a place of pressure and fear.

  • Build desire and demand in your content
  • Build desire and demand in your sales mechanisms
  • Make sure their decision is pretty much made before they join your sales calls
  • Ask powerful questions in your application forms so that they have aha moments and realisations before they get to speak to you or your team
  • Don’t be afraid to ask the tough questions.
  • Use permission-based questioning
  • Offer only when they ask
  • Investment only when they ask
  • Surprise and delight in your call.
