You hear some success stories about new businesses instantly making tons of money. It usually takes years for new companies to discover how to make a profit – and that’s if they’re able to stay open at all.
Throughout the years of being a business owner myself as well as working with other business owners, I can confidently say that I have found the simple ingredients to build a profitable business.
A profitable business doesn’t just happen. So how do businesses make money? You’ll need the right knowledge, strategies and tools – and you’ll need a plan. Yes, the good old business plan. Now, I know business owners tend to skip the business planning part because they think it takes too much time and they just want to do the things that they love. You are right, it is time consuming, but trust me, it is time worth spent.
I have discovered 3 key ingredients to build a profitable business. They are called the 3 M’s Framework. The 3M’s are Method, Money & Mind. It has to be in this hierarchy. It has to include all 3 Ms, can’t have Method, Money or Mind & Money.
This episode will give you some perspectives of what you are currently focus in your business journey and finding out if 3 M’s Framework is something that you are ready to implement.
