Many people say they need motivation to succeed. But the idea of motivation is debatable. For instance, staying motivated can be challenging over the long term, especially in the face of setbacks or failures.

We all know what it feels like to have it. When we lose it, we somehow feel out of control. When we have it, everything is good, and we feel powerful. But when it’s gone, we feel hopeless, lost, out of control, and without direction.

Would you then agree that motivation is not reliable? It is not tangible, hard to quantify, and unpredictable. So we must rely on more than just the magic of motivation. There has to be a better way to move towards our goals.

In today's episode, Andy proves why you don't need motivation and what you need instead to achieve your goals.
