You've probably heard the quote, Consistency is KING.” But what exactly does that mean? Consistency is the absolute foundation to everything we do. There are many variables specific to you and your life. And we need to treat the whole thing like an experiment. From experience, we can only change one thing at a time. So to do this, we need uber consistency in all the other areas to establish if the ONE THING we changed resulted in something good or bad. Sometimes you think you're being consistent, but you're not. So how would you know for sure?
