Sometimes resistance is just a pattern of keeping us in place, holding us back. There may be energies or entities or attachments or chords to people, places, things that hold you in a pattern that's not serving your highest good. So ask yourself when you think, "Oh, I want to do something" or "I don't want to do that thing," or "that thing is calling to me, but I don't know," check in with your angels and guides. In what way is this supporting me? Is this aligned? And before you ask that question, it's really helpful to clear your energy and make sure that the voice that you're asking this from or the voice that's coming through, your intuition, your psychic awareness is really coming from love and light and an energy that it has your highest good at heart.
