She has the ability to juggle marriage, 15 children, and a career with a smile instead of stress.
She is a lifestyle designer who assists in the transformation of her clients from stress, anxiety, and people-pleasing to confidence, boundaries, and happiness. She accomplishes this through her coaching programs.
She is also passionate about educating the world about the importance of mental wellness. She does this through her business relationships, podcasts, books, and producer of her Livestream TV Series on the ZondraTV Network.
During the global pandemic of 2020, she created a #smile4wellness movement to empower others to be proactive with their mental health.
SMILE – Sleep, Mood, Inner voice, Laughter, and Energy
These are 5 key pillars that she believes help to maintain mental wellness if monitored and adjusted daily as necessary.
She and her husband of 29 years, Jerome, live outside of Atlanta with 10 of their 15 children.
LaChelle is the first person to make me think LinkedIn was glitching when I saw 15 new conversations come through with her name on them in just a matter of minutes. Turns out there wasn't a glitch...
