We all know we should get in better shape to play better golf. We have seen many different suggestions on-line and in magazines about workouts we could do that have been optimized for golf. This week we welcome Jeff Pelizzaro from 18Strong to the show. Jeff is an expert on exercise specifically to improve golf performance. He will tell us what to do and even more importantly WHAT NOT TO DO! Jeff claims there are many exercises (that have been recommended by the “experts”) that will do more harm to your game than good.
