In this episode, Dr. Kim Daniels talks to us about the anti-diet approach, how intuitive eating can be far superior and effective than the focus on weight loss, her Health at Every Size approach, and how we can advocate for our care to our medical team.

Dr. Daniels is a clinical psychologist and an online emotional eating coach. Using intuitive eating and Health at Every Size approaches, she helps women exit diet culture, and change their relationship with food and their bodies.
