On Remembrance Sunday we remember the dead of past wars, and sacrifices for freedom, but our attention must be most of all on the Lord Jesus Christ, his death, his victory, and the victory over death. Paul shows us the vision of Resurrection, the Victory of Christ, and the vitality it produces.Di Gervase Charmley

On Remembrance Sunday we think of the realities of war and the cost of peace. Isaiah gives us a vision of a world without war that is not simply a human aspiration, but a sure and certain hope, a promise from God. We see the Lord, the life, and the light.Di Gervase Charmley
