Master Of Disaster is a podcast About life through the eyes of an average Joe. I am a middle class blue collar heating and air conditioning contractor in way upstate NY. I’ve battled my entire life with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, addiction and recovery. I am currently 49 years old and want to share all of my trials and errors, things I’ve learned and things I continue to learn with anyone willing to listen. I hope I can help others through sharing my journey. Many people can relate with my story and that alone might be just what someone needs to take the step toward recovery and a stronger mental game. Life is so hard, but so short so listen and learn the what to do’s and the what not to do’s. I don’t hold back, I speak only in the way I see and feel. I may be right or I may be wrong, but these are my story’s and feelings. I just hope it helps as many people as possible who can’t understand what is happening!
