William and Lyla Young were successful in opening their maternity home. Their goal was to provide a safe space for all pregnant mothers, wed or unwed. They'd provide anonymity and place the babies in good homes, and society would never know the difference. But what started out with good intentions became a greedy money making scheme that ripped apart families in multiple countries for years to come.
