Have you ever heard the phrase "raise your vibration"?

From a spiritual / divine feminine standpoint, it's the idea that we can shift our energy frequency from something heavy, or base, to something more elevated.

In practical terms...

...it's like when you take a deep breath when your kids are screaming, do a gratitude affirmation, and respond to them calmly (instead of yelling at the top of your lungs) :)

Now, interestingly enough, there's SCIENCE behind this!

Yes, we can "raise" our energetic vibration.

But it actually causes a cascade of physical events that make the shift happen on the physical plane too.

And believe it or not...you can do it by practicing self care.

So today, we're going to cover:

  • What the heck does "self-care" even mean?
  • Why does it shift my "vibration" (and why should I care)?
  • How does this connect to me getting more of what I want in life (i.e. "manifesting")?
