E009: Harriet Williams On getting your voice heard and into the digital world
Manage episode 346265332 series 3412935
My guest on this episode, Harriet Williams, is a pioneer in educating and influencing young black mum's to consider options within the tech world. She, like many young mums found it difficult to return to work or education. She began to question her legal rights and the rights of other teenage parents who were in a similar position to herself.
She is a founder working independently as a Young Parent Consultant offering services in the statutory and voluntary, startup and scaleup sector as a public speaker, researcher and content writer.
I met Harriet at a Digital festival in 2019, when I was a single mum looking to get back into the tech world. I was so impressed by Harriet's passion and conviction in helping mums understand more about getting into a digital career.
