About Sterling Williams:
Sterling Williams is a corporate attorney in Chicago who specializes in business law, primarily mergers and acquisitions, private equity and independent sponsor transactions. Sterling is a lifelong Chicagoan having grown up on the south side. Sterling was a collegiate athlete competing in the Big Ten. He is a team captain on Northwestern's basketball team. Sterling previously worked in the financial services industry doing financial planning prior to obtaining his JD and MBA from Northwestern University.
