1LT Colligan served as an Infantry Platoon Leader and then as a 23 year old Company Commander with the 4th Infantry Division, responsible for the Central Highlands sector of the war.

Among the many valuable lessons learned, Jim tells us about the joys of being a "Winter Ranger" (5:50), the Every Day's a Tuesday mindset (12:35), the proper Spit Shine technique (24:00), Race Cars (28:20) and Business tips (29:20).
