Doesn't matter if your niche is tangible or intangible, you can still make your messaging more tangible & more clear.

If you want to sell out your high-ticket offers, saying that your offer is a "no-brainer", or asking people to "join at the lowest price it's ever going to be" will NOT get high-end clients to buy from you.
