We know the right actions to get the results, so why don’t we do them? Why do we procrastinate and put things off, for example, give ourselves tonnes of excuses like ‘I don’t have the time, I am so tired I need more sleep, I don’t have the money to do this, when I do xyz first, then I can do this…'

In this episode I talk about the main reason why so many women put off ‘doing the inner work’ and focus on Manifesting their Soulmate instead of doing the usual things like online dating and trying to meet men randomly.

  • Why fear of failure is not the real cause of self sabotage
  • The root cause of self sabotage is more common than you think
  • And has a very rational reason that has been built into our programming since the beginning of humanity
  • What is the key to breaking through this self sabotage and attracting a healthy, loving relationship that we deserve
