Stae Hall.
Like many of you, Certified Soft Skills Expert, Transformational Speaker, Author and Content Creator; Stae Hall at some time or another struggled with understanding or accepting the fact that human connection and interpersonal skills seemed to be nonexistent in our society. She realized that we are currently living in a day and age where simple courtesy, empathy and kindness appear to all be lost arts. Folks rarely seem to want to make eye-contact let alone sit down and discuss business over coffee, but yet fail to realize this may be the very reason why they are not achieving their desired results in business / careers as well as in their personal lives.
So, out of shear determination to be the change she wanted to see, instead of just sitting idly by; complaining, but doing nothing to help, Stae decided to launch i.S.A.L.T. (Institute for Success and Leadership Training). This organization was created to help boost the EQ (Emotional Intelligence) of all who participate. Stae believes that i.S.A.L.T. is the perfect vehicle to encourage, engage and enhance the lives of others; both personally and business-wise. SHe strives to reach as many people as possible with a message of kindness, hope, self-worth, confidence, awareness and success. Her goal is to teach as many possible the skills they need to achieve the success they desire and deserve, by using the tools provided through Soft Skills Training and Coaching.
Through her online courses, seminars and workshops people are able to obtain and learn how to implement skills such as Sound Leadership, Effective Communication, Overcoming Objections, Active Listening, Conflict Resolution, Flexibility, Time Management, Creative Thinking, and so much more. After gaining such remarkable knowledge entrepreneurs, job seekers, students, ambitious career folks and the like are able to experience a significant catapult to their confidence, a huge leap in their productivity, a giant increase to their bottom line and a positive impact on their overall success.
