This week Jenn talks about a difficult weekend over her youngest's birthday and how that intertwined with putting together a memory board of her Dad in her homeoffice and the feelings that manifested with her current situation as a whole. She then goes into the roots of this experience dating back to 2008, which is something she rarely talks about.

There's a lot to unpack in this episode, and Jenn puts it all out there, because a sad weekend didn't just happen on its surface, it has been years in the making, and now that life has solid footing for some time now, she can have the courage to talk about it.

Definitely a must listen.
