Striking and picketing for higher wages and better healthcare...look to the Labor Unions! What is the role of labor unions and are they a good thing for workers? What would God say about labor unions in America?
In today’s episode, Pastor Jackie and Pastor Derek talk through a listener question regarding the morality of labor unions. We take a look at their history and some of the good they have done, as well as some of the not-so-good. Although labor unions are not in the Bible, we look through some different principles in Scripture that lay out how employers and employees ought to conduct themselves to see how a relationship might (or might not) work out with a union. To close, we talk through what to do if you are forced to be part of a labor union that you might not agree with.
