The podcast brought educators around the country to some of the most prominent educational experts. Hosted by Dr. Monica George-Fields with chatroom co-host Dr. Karren Dunkley, REACH Fireside Chats became a favorite place for educators to commune, share their thoughts about policies, and share ideas for addressing the inequities and low achievement that are often found in public schools servicing Black and Latino students.
