“We don't want Idaho to have a bad reputation. This is our home state. We love our home state. It's beautiful. We pride ourselves on our nature. We pride ourselves on our wildlife. Throughout the 2000, students went on wolf tracking trips and in their wolf packs range. But in 2021, Idaho's legislature passed Senate Bill 1211, 1211 allows Idaho hunters to obtain an unlimited number of wolf tags, and it also allows Idaho's Department of Fish and Game to use taxpayer dollars to pay private contractors to kill wolves. That means bounties on wolves, including on public lands. And in 2021, the Idaho Fish and Game Commission expanded the wolf hunting season and hunting and trapping methods. So it's not too surprising to learn that also in 2021, the Timberline pack disappeared. The students, the ones that cared about wolves, at least, were devastated. Last summer I went to D.C. with some of the Species Unite team for a wolf rally on Capitol Hill. While I was there, two young women gave a talk about what happened at Timberline in 2021. Their names are Ella Driver and Sneha Sharma. They both graduated from Timberline High School and were there when their wolf pack disappeared. Please, listen and share.…

Vocal cord coordination is key in helping you hit clear crisp notes and also helps eliminate the bridge or any breaks in your voice. Be careful and gentle with your voice during this session. The movements and sounds are SMALL. Don't aim with your ears in trying to hit or push up to notes, trust the coordination of the muscles and vocal cords to GENTLY come together to do the work. It may take a little bit of time to get used to doing it and to access this consistently, but once you do, you'll be able to access more power with less effort and remove fear of vocal breaks and cracks. I hope you enjoy this short but effective training session! Get access to lots more like this in the Weekly Vocal Workout over on my Patreon page! Are you ready to have some fun? Not until you have warmed up though!! I've included a quick 10 minute warm up on this session to prep you for accessing your mix voice for POWER VOCALS! This is so much fun when done correctly. You won't feel any stress or strain on your voice but you will be able to hit high notes with ease. If you do feel stress or strain, or any kind of tension or unpleasant sensations, please stop and check your form and approach. You can build power gradually. Remember the power comes from your air, not pushing from your throat. Have fun exploring how much power you can create using your vocal mix, and remember, it may take time to develop the power the higher you go, but be patience, allow for flexibility and don't be afraid to sound bad! Lean into the nasal angry cat tones to find the right form, then use your vocal tract to perfect the tone you want, and to sound more like you. Good Luck & Have Fun! Please use the code mixvoice to join me for a one on one private session and save $40 off a virtual lesson. You can purchase the session here .
