Many podcast episodes feature interview excerpts from Dr. Aileen McCabe-Maucher's latest book, a textbook entiled Complete Self-Care: Through Yoga and Beyond that will be published by Cognella in December 2018. These interviews feature a diverse and eclectic mix of licensed psychotherapists, Ivy League researchers and industry experts about their personal and professional stress management, self-care, and burnout prevention techniques.
