As a Fly In Fly Out worker life can be tricky. The long rosters, time away from the family, isolation, and minimal communication with the family can lead to many issues. Suicide rates are at a staggering level, Mental Health is a huge issue and Men and Women are losing their families and sinking into dark places and too many are committing suicide as the toll becomes too great.
