Dr. John Boardman has been a practicing Chiropractic physician since 1998, and has had the pleasure of treating the people of Ahwatukee since 2002. Dr. Boardman received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico in 1994 and then his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in 1998. He was a collegiate Academic All-American Athlete in baseball.

Since 2008, one of his main areas of focus has been treating those suffering from chronic and severe, neck and low back pain due to disc herniations, bulges, degeneration, sciatica, and spinal arthritis. The procedure is called Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression and Dr. Boardman utilizes the FDA Cleared Z-Grav Table to perform this. He is the only one in Maricopa County with this table. His patients have enjoyed a very high success rate, avoided surgery and returned to their active lifestyles.

When not in the office, Dr. Boardman can be found coaching club soccer, refereeing US club soccer, fishing, hunting, hiking and enjoying time with his 6 kids and wife. He is a very avid outdoorsman and loves getting out into the wild!
