Ohio Senate Bill 83, or the Higher Education Enhancement Act, would change higher education as we know it. In this episode of Athens Happens, we talk to Hailey Gifford, a graduate student at Ohio University and director of ACLU of Ohio University, about her thoughts on the bill and its potential implications.
