The Precious Holy Spirit as the Paracletos is the One Who comes along side of us & inside of us to empower us to live a victorious life in Jesus Christ & to accomplish all that He calls us to do. We get a very clear picture in the Old Testament of the Precious Holy Spirit as the Divine Helper who gives special ability and endowment to perform and accomplish the work of the Lord that He calls us to do.
