Why do you believe in God? For decades, humanity has struggled with the question. Life's complexities often leave us seeking answers and feeling alone. Until Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution and natural selection, science could provide no better alternative to explain the Design in nature other than by the hands of an intelligent designer. But is it intelligent design or random happenstance? Does every design in the natural world have to have intelligence behind it or is it simply a mystery? Join us this week as Pastor Tony Minear, Ph.D. continues his sermon series, "Evolving..." and explores the tension many feel between the notion of intelligent design and Darwin’s theory of evolution. Is God involved in the evolution or natural selection of humanity? What does Jesus have to do with it? These and many more questions are raised this week for you to consider as you discover how to live in the tension. Recorded live at Beatitudes Church in Phoenix, AZ on 05/16/21 Preaching: Rev. Tony Minear, Ph.D. Scripture References: Psalm 19; Romans 1; Psalm 139 If you like what you hear, consider donating at: https://beatitudeschurch.org/donate/
