Like so many other business owners around the globe, Midgi Moore, the owner of Juneau Food Tours in Juneau, Alaska, found herself needing to pivot her business in the the wake of COVID-19. With tourism coming to a screeching halt, she needed a way to bring Alaska to the public without requiring them to jump on a plane.
