In this episode, I walk through two examples of real systems audits that I have done. The first example is an executive coach who needs help with client onboarding systems and sales. The second example is a fitness coach who needs assistance with content creation and inbound leads. I share recommendations for each business, including setting up project management tools, outsourcing tasks, and mapping out client experiences.
