Framework - The Foundation of Culture
Manage episode 456643547 series 3512026
What is the foundational element of a society's culture? And how do you get everyone aligned with this foundation? Jeremy looks back to how Babylon went about getting those who were conquered indoctrinated into the Babylonian culture. They started with language and education in their arts, history, and law. And they even changed peoples names! These tactics are still used today.
All of this arises from a look at when the world was handed over to gentile rule once Israel and Judah had both entered discipline for their rebellion. And when gentiles are in control, they don't want Jewish or Christian culture to exist.
