We chat to Mental Health, Wellbeing Trainer and Motivational Map Senior Practitioner, Jane Thomas, about the importance of linking physical and mental wellbeing to motivation.
Jane Thomas is the Director and lead trainer of Premier Life Skills Ltd, a UK-based training company that specializes in providing training, coaching, and consulting services related to health, wellbeing, motivation and team building. She is also a co-author of the book "Mapping Motivation for Leadership," which provides insights into the motivation of individuals and teams in the workplace.
As Jane says, when an individual's key motivational drivers are not being satisfied, it can lead to a sense of dissatisfaction, demotivation, and low self-esteem. To maintain good physical and mental health, we should focus on engaging in regular physical activity, eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, and managing stress levels.
Jane was joined by her guests, Fraser Thomas, Premier Life Skills Training and Development Director and Trainer in Motivational Maps and resilience
and Fiona Macintosh, Director, Trainer and Coach at More than Motivation for this lively discussion.
