With so many opportunities... so much of humanity and its contributions to the world to study... so many interests and priorities... it's impossible to touch it all in a single human lifetime. So what's a person to do? Experience as much as you can by finding the right balance that works for you. That could mean being intentional and present with just a few things per quarter or year and then switching gears for the next cycle. Or sticking with those things because you enjoy them so much. Point is not to overwhelm yourself or multitask beyond your bandwidth. What's worked for me is to find that happy medium between my interests and priorities. I'll explain...
