“WE SHOULD START A BREWERY!” The phrase that many people declare, but Brian and Nicole Cendrowski followed through with… After meeting in high school youth group and eventually joining a club to drink craft beer, Brian and Nicole started brewing beer by testing an Irish Red Ale on their home stove. Nicole and Brian both had winding career paths that led to opening this brewery in Downtown Greenville, SC which has become a fixture in the Greenville Beer Scene. They offer a lot of honest insights into owning and operating a brewery including the hard to hear, but hot tip: “If You Love Brewing, Become a Brewer, not a Brewery Owner.”
