Christian and our United Kingdom panelist Sara Russell discuss some examples of rude customer service they have both received in the real world, and how they felt as customers, when treated in such a disgusting fashion. We share stories and tips over what business owners should do in the event they have to reprimand rude employees, and we also stress the importance of ensuring your place of business remains friendly and respectful. The customer has both the power to increase your business and cause it to boom! Conversely, the customer also has the power to put you out of business!
