Great to chat to old friend and ex training partner Sam. A truly talented athlete with bags of natural speed and a great perspective on running, having been many times a national champion as a junior. Since then he has been a PE Teacher and is now a successful osteopath. Recently he has taken up cycling and it’s no surprise that he is improving rapidly !
