Genesis 1:26 KJV

And God said, “Let us make man in our image, after Our likeness; and let them have DOMINION…over all the earth…”

“You made him have DOMINION over the works of Your hands; You put all things under his feet.”

Matthew 8:9 NKJV

“For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me…”

Those who are submitted to authority are enabled to exercise authority.

Mark 1:21-27 NKJV

21 Then they went into Capernaum and immediately on the Sabbath He entered the synagogue and taught. 22 And they were astonished at His teaching, for He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes. 23 Now there was a man in their synagogue with an unclean spirit. What new doctrine is this? For with authority, He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.”
