Cincy Jungle: for Cincinnati Bengals fans

Although we all would have preferred the Bengals to show up on Thursday night and blow the doors off the Jacksonville Jaguars from start to finish, they showed a lot in their comeback win.

The defense has been fantastic this season, but injuries, playing on a short week, and the offense’s failure to sustain a drive hurt them this week. Still, they kept fighting and won a critical goal line stand before halftime.

The Bengals’ offense was disappointing in the first half, but scored on every drive in the second half.

Although many NFL fans across the nation tuned out halfway through the game, this team remained confident that they could pull off the win. What does that say about how far this team has come and the culture that Zac Taylor has built at Paul Brown Stadium?
