"We are 80 to 90% digitized, and customers are happy because loan processing activities that used to take around 15 days to complete are now completed within around 5 days."

"There is a huge amount of data in NBFCs and HFCs that is being utilized to do better underwriting."

"Technology is helping us reach even the remotest of locations, and the Digital India Movement initiated by the Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi is of great help."
