Sally Green is someone who was really good at taking care of everyone else. She realized during Covid and she was really bad at taking care of herself. She started a self-care journey and begin eating healthier, walking regularly, reading more, and opportunities started coming her way. She was a Contributing Author in 2 books with Forbes Riley. She met Lynda Sunshine West and started working with her and her life has totally transformed. She is now doing a self-care Rockstar show on YouTube, and helping others begin their self-care journey.
