Alex Tam
Born in China and raised in urban California, I went on to pursue a degree in post graduate education in the health field and opened our business to serve our community in California. Between working in and managing our office and becoming a parent while trying to grow our business concurrently, I found myself struggling to find a work-life balance. Working 12+ hour days became common and weekends were spent at the office attempting to make a dent on what was not completed during the week. I felt burned out.
Things turned around for the better when I had a lightbulb moment: what if I hired someone to do tasks that can be delegated virtually, like social media management, video editing, etc? So I began the tedious task of finding a virtual assistant but the first virtual assistant turned out to be a game changer, so much so that we hired another. And then another. With our business growing, we have expanded our team of in office staff, as well as our virtual assistant family. All of our virtual assistants are highly valued members of our team and we can't do what we do without them.

Valerie Shirah
Valerie Shirah is a stay at home mom who got started with real estate investing in 2019. She and her husband have multiple short term rentals and also invest in multifamily properties. When life became overwhelming, between homeschooling their three kids and managing multiple businesses, she started using a virtual assistant to help keep up with everything. She was hooked immediately, and within a few months she was able to focus on the most important tasks while her VA took care of the rest. Now, she is passionate about helping other investors get their life back and experience massive growth in their businesses through the use of virtual assistants.
